The Vermont Early Childhood Educator Licensure (VECEL) Project provides support for
professionals who are seeking licensure in Early Childhood Education through the Vermont Department of Education. The project is beginning to enroll a third cohort of educators thanks to the support of the A.D. Henderson Foundation, the Permanent Fund for the Well-Being of Vermont Children, the Tarrant Supporting Foundation, the Vermont Child Development Division, the Vermont Research Partnership and others.
