Welcome to the Vermont Northern Lights Career Development Center for Early Childhood and Afterschool Professionals. This website will continue to evolve in order to provide the most current information on professional development and career planning for the project's stakeholders in Vermont.

Our goals include: strengthening and aligning curriculum and instruction, providing individuals and agencies easy access to training and education at all levels, developing highly qualified instructors, and career advising for professionals and organizations. The results will be an articulated system of professional development, instructor qualifications, and resources for those engaged in early childhood and afterschool education programs.
