Highly Qualified Paraprofessional

Individuals who have achieved the level of Highly Qualified Paraprofessional, as determined by the school district or supervisory union where they work, may apply for a Level IIIA certificate on the Northern Lights Career ladder. The Northern Lights application also requires experience and a current Individual Professional Development Plan.
